the turn signal switch has been broken for a long time the tape that was on it had been on the switch for months so I called state farm to go out and look at it they sent an adjuster out to look at it they also said it looked like it had been on the switch for a long time the tape is
very dirty and did not think that in any way that we did this I am not willing to help her as she blasted us unfairly on social media claiming that we do bad work and break peoples cars we have been at this location for years and strive to repair every car the best we can and to make sure every part on our estimate is put on the car all she had to do was to ask us how much it would have cost to repair and we would have sold it to her at cost because the car had just been in for repairs but she chose to blame us for somting we did not do

I am rejecting this response because: They are now stating that a [redacted] inspector came out looked at the damage and determined that the damaged was old, and the tape on the damage was old and dirty. This is a lie, I have not had anyone from [redacted] look at the damage yet. I am set to on Saturday June 3rd, I have attached an email confirmation for this inspection which I set up yesterday. So that is a blatant lie. I have been nothing but respectful the two occasions that I spoke with the owner about the issue and have been greeted with attitude and push back. When the owner looked at the damage after I complained about it he acted as if I was making this up, he didn't bother to have anyone who actually worked on the car assessment the damage or speak with me it was just an immediate  "no". Yes I put a review on the [redacted] page because I am a customer and am allowed to share my experience I did not say anything derogatory and even commended them on the repairs they did. I know the condition of my car before putting it in their care and U would not sit here and waste my time an energy on damage that I did. The switch was not broken before I took the car to Dodds , it was not loose or taped. Even a rep at [redacted] stated this is the second report about an issue similar with this company that a happend recently. All I want is he damage that I absolutely did not do fixed. I am not trying to slander this company I commend the work they did but the damage to my signal/light switch is new and occurred after I got my head light repaired. How long the the company has been open is irrelevant because that has nothing to do with the recent issue, things happen everyday regardless of if you have been open 35 years or 35 weeks.Regards,[redacted]

I CALLED ONE OF HER SUPERVISORS AT HER WORK( [redacted] ).  HE SAID SHE HAS NO CLAIM, WE PUT ALL THE PARTS ON THE ESTIMATE ON HER CAR.  WE HAD AN OVERHEAT ISSUE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN RELATED TO AFTERMARKET RADIATOR.  IT WAS AN AIR POCKET,  BEST WOULD TELL, SO WE REFILLED IT, IT WAS...

OK.   SHE HAS BEEN  GREAT TO OUR FACE BUT QUITE THE PISTOL ON THE KEY BOARD.  THIS IS NOT FACE BOOK TO TELL YOUR LIFE STORY, THIS  IS THE FACT OF THE COLLISION REPAIR BUSINESS.   NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME,  NO MATTER HOW GOOD WE ARE,  BUT WE ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.   EVERYONE WANTS THERE DEDUCTIBLE BACK.   WE PUT HER IN A RENTAL ON OUR DIME BECAUSE SHE DID'T EVEN HAVE CAR RENTAL ON HER POLICY.   I AM WILLING TO SIT DOWN WITH HER AND HER CO WORKER AT HER WORK ANYTIME SHE WOULD LIKE, JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN.

this response is further proof that this company is completely unprofessional- "this isn't Facebook to tell your life story." "she is a pistol on the keyboard."  Are you kidding me? I have been kind in person- the one time I saw you after the issue occurred because I am a professional individual.  Are you saying you would have preferred I be a "pistol" to your face?  Or blow up on you over the phone when we spoke?  All I am doing and have done up until now is stating facts.  I am not sure how calling a supervisor at my place of employment has ANYTHING to do with my personal issues with you or your company.  Nor do I understand why you would suggest we would sit down with a co-worker of mine.
