Jay Pollock, We are in receipt of the complaint id #*** (attached) and are happy to give you information on
this issue On 1/10/15, we received an order on our website www.doddsshoe.com from our customer for a pair of Columbia snow boots When the order was being processed, our shipping department notified us that a defect was discovered in the boots and because it was the last pair, we would be unable to ship the product to the customer We immediately notified the customer that there was an issue with the order and that we would be unable to fill the order because the manufacturer had discontinued this model and no more were available We informed the customer (email attached) that he was never charged for the product and we suggested a similar product if he was interested Our records show that he never responded. Two days later, we were able to locate additional inventory of these boots and contacted him He indicated he was still very interested in the boots and they were shipped that day with UPS tracking # *** They were shipped at the advertised sale price with free shipping Our records indicate that they were delivered on 1/17/at 11:43am. To our knowledge, this issue was completely resolved within hours We believe we made every effort to satisfy the customer and hope he feels the same way If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
