Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/19) */ In reviewing the file I see the following repairs from most current to older RO# XXXXXXX X-X-XX XXXXX miles, error message for transmission , performed diagnosis ordered module, part was back ordered, received part installed and test drove vehicle and the DTC codes did not reappear and vehicle drove fine RO# XXXXXXX X-X-XX XXXXX miles Performed oil and filter change, no additional concerns mentioned RO# XXXXXXX X-XXXXX miles Performed oil and filter change, no additional concerns RO# XXXXXXX X-XXXXX miles Performed oil and filter change and tire rotate no additional concerns RO# XXXXXXX X-XXXXX miles installed Special ordered parts from previous visit (RO# XXXXXXX) replaced passenger [redacted] harness, replaced telematics module and performed TSB update RO# XXXXXXX XX-XXXXX miles performed oil and filter change, unable to duplicate transmission concern, ordered parts for telematics (Bluetooth) , ordered seat harness, unable to duplicate tire shaking RO# XXXXXXX X-XXXX miles performed oil and filter change, u connect diagnosis, side wall possible bubble was caused by tire impact As you can see by the repair orders listed above we have repaired the issues that were brought to our attention and three of the above repair orders had an oil change only with one tire rotateAlso the time line for each concern is spread out over the past months and to date have not heard from the customer about any further concerns We would like the opportunity to address any concerns still outstanding on this vehicle We strive as a company to deliver customer satisfaction, as this is how we build our business Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/11/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It appears that Vacaville Dodge is only listed services provided at their dealershipThey have not included the services and repairs that took place at Walnut Creek Jeep Dodge and ChryslerThe vehicle has been there twice for the same issue relating to error messages received from the transmissionFrom September to November the car has been seen for the same issue four timesFor the date of 09/05/2015, I reported the error message for the first time with the service transmission error codeThe techs stated they found no issues, but shortly after that visit (09/08/2015), the car presented with the same reported issue and was held at the shop for over two weeks for repairs There have been four incidents that have kept my car for (at a minimum) two weeks each stayEach time this car is in the shop, it cost me money as my car is an vital part of my part-time job; no car no moneyI still stand by my original request that the dealership consider buying back this vehicle and replacing it with another one; as this car is possibly a lemon

It appears that Vacaville Dodge is only listed services provided at their dealership. They have not included the services and repairs that took place at Walnut Creek Jeep Dodge and Chrysler. The vehicle has been there twice for the same issue relating to error messages received from the transmission. From September to November 2015 the car has been seen for the same issue four times. For the date of 09/05/2015, I reported the error message for the first time with the service transmission error code. The techs stated they found no issues, but shortly after that visit (09/08/2015), the car presented with the same reported issue and was held at the shop for over two weeks for repairs.
There have been four incidents that have kept my car for (at a minimum) two weeks each stay.
