Revdex.com: I told the company that I could take my business elsewhere if they did not intend to sell this Mobile HomeMy husband and I are interested in the mobile home and still would like for the said property to be evaluated and such to proceed forth with a sale of this mobile homeAlso we still would like to know if there is a chance of a reduction of price with a full sale; i.eMeaning we do not need financingI have yet to validate any knowledge of whether he intended to come look at the property and would like to speak with him directly as we have not been able to do so except for one occasion and that was the first visit in which he showed us the mobile home Mir would be satisfactory if we could speak with who would come look at the property and plan for him to do just thatIs there a reason why other than he is just busyWe have noticed not many other mobile homes have been sold from the lotThere are business days in a weekI am not satisfied that they have exhausted their best ability to sell the mobile home or attempt to make any "misunderstanding" right They are a business with mobile homes to sell and we are customers wanting to buyThere should never be a misunderstanding on this
In response to Case ID # [redacted] We are sorry that Ms [redacted] is unhappy and will try to address her concerns I feel most of the concerns relate to perhaps miscommunication on our part Enclosed are facts as we know them and if we failed to communicate properly, please accept our apology The Mobile Home in question is here as a consignment sale The pricing given was $ Neither of us recollect receiving a specific offer to present to the current owners of the homeWe each have Ms [redacted] 's contact information and address written down MrDodge did not need detailed address information as he is familar with the area and knew he could locate successfully On August 8th MrDodge did indicate that he expected to come by and take a look Ms [redacted] 's property in the next couple of daysHowever, MrDodge is also involved in the delivery and installation of the homes and simply worked too late those days to be able to successfully look at Ms [redacted] 's property before dark, which is located approximately minutes away from our sales locationHe fully expected to make it by her place, but on August 11th Ms [redacted] called and indicated she no longer wished to do business with us The reasons given to Ms [redacted] were statements of facts not excuses Sometimes there are unexpected delaysWe look to do things in a timely manner, but there will be unexpected events arise that may delay the processes occasionallyAgain, we apologize for any miscommunication on our part and wish Ms [redacted] success in finding a home to purchaseRespectfully, Dan and Betty Dodge
