After reviewing the complaint we were very surprised and also sincerely sorry about the incidentWe recently have updated our bag policy in the store that states that all bags (excluding purses or any bag used as a purse) must be checked at the doorThis is due to a high increase in store theft with customers who enter with their bagsSince the inception of the policy their have been complaints but never about harassmentThe complaints we have received have been strictly about customers just not wanting to leave their bagsAll door personnel have been instructed on how to properly inform the customer of the policy and have also been told that if there are any complaints to inform a manager immediately in order to get the situation solvedThey have also been informed that this is a zero tolerance policy, no matter the customer, in order to be fair to everybody.We do however understand that in this instance the customer felt as though the employee went to far and we would have no problem apologizing for what she deemed to be aggressive behaviorWe invite the customer to speak to the Store Manager in order to address the incident
