DO NOT ORDER THE "FREE TRIAL" OF X-RIPPED & T-COMPLEX!
Better yet, do not order ANYTHING from Coyanco dba X-Ripped/T-Complex!
I participated in their "free trial" offer of both products above, where I was only required to pay shipping & handlingI took the supplements for two days, but had a bad reaction with my nervous system (which I have not had with any other fat burner/performance product) so I stopped taking them immediatelyBefore I could contact the company, we had a death in the family & were out of state for awhileBy the time I returned & had a chance to go through the mass of emails I received, I saw one that X-ripped had enrolled me in an automatic shipment program, and not only had they charged me the full price for the "free trial" bottles, they had just charged me AGAIN for the next shipmentI called immediately to explain the circumstances as to why I didn't cancel within the days, but that I still had the original bottles (minus the days' worth I had taken before stopping), and asked for a special circumstance to return those bottles & get a refund less the S&HThe person was not sensitive to my situation and said that wouldn't be possible, in part because a 2nd shipment was already in transitSo I asked could I return THAT shipment unopened for a full refundHe said no, I could get a refund -$restocking fee for EACH bottleI wasn't happy with that, but understood their "fine print" in the emails and the fact that I did not cancel in the first days, so he gave me a return number to put on the package once I received it, and send it back to them, and allow days for processing
After days, and no refund to my account, I called & asked to speak to a supervisorThe CSR who answered the call refused to transfer me, insisting he could helpAfter looking my information up, he said there was no record they received it yet, to give it timeI told him I mailed it back Nov17th and it is now JANUARY-they should have itHe again said no & suggested I call the post office to track my packageHe put me on hold to "talk to a supervisor" and while on hold, I went online to USPS tracking and found the confirmation that it was delivered & received by the company Nov21st! Four days after I shipped it! When the same guy came back to the line, he started to say there was nothing a supervisor could do for me without them receiving the package back, and I interrupted telling him what I had discoveredHe then acted like he was looking something up & put me on hold againHe came back on the phone saying they were still verifying the products had been unopened & to give it timeI explained it had been nearly TWO months since they received it, how long does it take to verify a bottle is unopened? I threatened to call my credit card company & challenge the charge to get my money back, and he replied by offering me a 30% refundI refused saying that was not the return policy & repeated my threat to call my credit card companyHe then offered me 50% back! I demanded to speak with his supervisor AGAIN, he then said "Well, we don't give 100% because of the restocking fee." I demanded to speak with a supervisor and hear all this from him directly, but again was denied and he said "he will only tell you the same thing." So I asked, if that were the case, why did he offer me 30% then 50%? I accused the company of fraudulent practices for:
1st-denying receipt of my shipment
2nd-acknowledging receipt of my shipment after I provided proof, then saying it was "still being examined"
3rd-offering me a 30% refund since I wanted a refund right now
4th-offering me a 50% refund for being unhappy with the 30%
5th-offering me what was actually in writing (full refund minus $9.99/bottle) since I demanded, again, to speak with a supervisor
...And then told him I would hold until his supervisor was available since I had already waited nearly two months for my refund, and if a supervisor was not going to speak to me, I will still call my credit card company AND report them to the Revdex.com for having a scripted system to keep from giving consumers their money backAt that point he put me on a brief hold, then came back on the line telling me they would give me a FULL refund today, it should post in 5-business days depending on my account's billing cycle, and gave me a confirmation #
No consumer should have to go through all of that just to get their money backThis company preys on consumers who do not have the time or attention to detail (like I did) to take snap shots of the package before returning, follow up with the tracking of the shipment, and then recall every different LIE out of their mouth when calling to find out the status of their refundIf I had just gotten off the phone when he initially said they had "not yet received the package", or after the other lies, and waited another days as he kept suggesting, when would I ever have gotten my money back?
