were installed by the customer.  The vehicles condition was not acceptable to apply graphics.  The customer was informed of that.  In fact, there was a discussion regarding the vehicle conditions and customer chose to apply the decals themselves.  They were informed DCS is not responsible for the decals once in their possession.  The customer was satisfied with the decals. DCS did make several arrangements to inspect the situation.  Many times DCS didn’t receive call backs from the customer.  At a scheduled agreed upon time DCS arrived at the customer and the customer was not there.  Further, another scheduled appointment was agreed upon, DCS arrived and then the vehicle in question was not there.  DCS as good will did replace some of the graphic and also installed some.   However, no guarantee was committed.  DCS consulted with another sign company which also inspected the vehicles and graphic and concluded the decals are fine, it is the poor condition of the vehicles and or the vehicles not properly prepped prior to application.  The customer was satisfied with the decals. DCS feels we tried to work to satisfy the customer.  As stated in the desired outcome, they wanted the signs replace and DCS did replace the signs.  DCS believes the matter was resolved.Please feel free to contact me. Sincerely,[redacted]Dodge County Signs, LLC###-###-####
