Dear sirs, The show up time was between 10-12pm for the building. We do the apartments in which we are told by our client who pays us. The first apartments took quite a bit of time. We show as much attention to help solve the problem as possible. We are sorry if ***
*** was kept waiting, but we were doing things in the way we were told to do them. We have no desire nor glean any benefit to keeping people waiting, but the other units had some very unusual things that held us up for a very long timeWe will be more conscious of the history here and try to make sure this does not happen again As far as follow up visits, that is determined and paid for by the landlord, and only they can authorize that to happen. We do have intention of providing a total two services, not three as per our arrangement with management. If more than two are desired or needed we will need approval from management All the best Jeff
