This is a very unusual complaintI have not heard of this problem in the past and would assume that if this were a common concern we would have it heard about itThat being said we are more than willing to re-install the part at a discounted price but I am hesitant to take responsibility for a
missing partWe would have no reason to remove any parts from a new carIf the manufacture did not install the part at the factory I am fairly certain it would have happened more than once and they would be addressing itIf the customer would contact me direstly I will do what I can to get the part replaced as reasonably as possible

If the customer truly believes it is a factory mishap then they should contact Chrysler directly to voice there concern and try to get the problem resolvedThis is outside the perameters we are given from the factorythe customer service number is ***If the customer would like to bring the vehicle in we would be more than happy to do the inspection at no charge

This is incorrectwe did a safety inspection on 03/20/and we then replaced brakesNo other issues were found at that time.The vehicle was sold back in April and has not been in our shop since

Upon further review we realize that the vehicle was priced on our website at the wrong priceWe would be willing to honor the pricing error if this would conclude our dealings with Mr*** with regard to this complaint and any others he might have now or in the future

I am sorry for the experince you hadWe never want to have our customers leave feeling that wayThe rules we are held to uphold in order to get re-imbursed from chrysler for any rebate money given to customers is rather extremeThe trade in rebate assistance program is a program offered to the
customer to assist in obtaining financing and an additional $if financed with *** *** ***Obviously these rebates are designed to help the first time buyers and the folks with less than perfect creditThese programs are *** offers, that are not negotiableIf there is something I can do to assist in the purchase please feel free to call me direct at ***

we have asked the customer to come in to review the paperwork to resolve any confusion regarding pricing negotiated and disclosed at the time of purchaseObviously there are several factors that go into the purchase and financing of a vehicleWe look forward for the opportunity to resolve this
issueAs a good faith gesture we would offer an in store credit for the amount requested to be used towards the purchase of another vehicle or in our service and parts & accessories departmentPlease let me know if this is acceptable or a time that would work for us to discuss this matter further

I am rejecting this response because:The internet price was $plus then they added the $and $that was never noted on the internet plus the tax which I expected and brought the total price up to $plus And yes I refused to do any purchase with them when they followed me all the way out to the door wanting to know what I would give them I had already told them before I ever left on a phone conversation what would be the price out the door with no trade in They had the oportunity then to give me the total price then minus what the tax would be and did not It is the principal of the thing that makes me mad, they lied to me after I drove hours to get there They have plenty of bad reviews doing the same thing to other customers Typical bait and switch

we have refunded the full amount of the warranty and we covered the existing repairI apologize for the mistaken cancellation it was not intentional and I am sorry you felt I was rudeI truly did not intend to give that impression

Customer complaint regarding the [redacted] was strickly size 2 days after purchasing it. The vehicle is still under manufactures 3 yr 36k miles and any performance issues can be taken care of at any [redacted] dealerships. The customer wanted to take a different car and we tried to make the customer happy by...

allowing him to purchase a different vehicle and he picked the charger. When the customer cam back with the issues with the Charger we agreed to fix all concerns. He still was unhappy. We gave him the choice either the charger or the [redacted] he again chose to take the [redacted]. No price errors or concerns were ever brought up to any of the employees that the customer had dealt with. I would be willing to discuss any issues the customer has however there is a trade involved and the pricing structure would include a trade allowance that the customer was aware of at time of delivery.

We are willing to honor our internet price and any of our advertised prices. We had asked before the customer left the showroom and he was unwilling to purchase the vehicle. We did not refuse to sell the vehicle at that price.

Most of the mailings are based on public records not our database. We have removed this customer from our database as previously requested. We have no control over Chrysler and their mailings.

We have all we needed, the price is all inclusive. There were some mis-communications on our part between the 2 salesman and the manager involved in the deal. We regret any mis-understanding with the customer.    if there is anything I can be of assistance with please do not hesitate to...

I am rejecting this response because:The [redacted] was priced $3,000 dollars less than what it was listed for on their website. I returned it for two reasons. The price was not the same as posted on their website. And two the car made noises in the front right of the car. The next car I received, the 2013 Dodge Charger also had problems. The trunk would pop open while driving it and was a serious hazard. When I started the vehicle it would also pop the trunk. The radio would change stations sporadically. And the brakes were terrible. Unacceptable for a car right off the lot. I expressed my concern for both cars and also mentioned my problem with the price of the vehicle and they would not accomodate me with that particular price discrepancy. I did not feel comfortable having two cars in a row with issues and expressed this concern to their general manager to no avail.

The vehicle was never brought to us and someone else has worked on the car. I will still agree to diagnose the problem. Tell us why here...
