I ordered a long arm kit fromt them and it ended up being a week deliveryIt was blamed on a backorder of componenets from another vendorIt was a hassle to get ahold of anyone with DOdge Offroad during the week wait timeOnly after numerous repeated emails was I given a reason for the long delivery timeThere was NO contact from the company prior to this for a heads up or information sharingI experienced good pre sale service but once the sale was made the communications stopped unless I sent repeated emailsThe promises made by the owner of DOR about his long arm it are not 100% trueI was told several things makeing me believe he had doen this same suspension setup several timesBut on instal of the kit I have reason to believe his experience with this setup and configuration is not what he saidThere is tire rub that I was told would not happenThe Long arms do not seem to have the bends that I was told they would haveThe instal instructions are vague on specific details for installAll in al I am not pleased with my experience with DORA refund would not be benificial to me since I live in Canada and the shipping cost to return are quite highIt is easier for me to re -fabricate components of the kit myself to make them work There was damage to the kit upon delivery due to poor shipping handling and packageingI am looking for no refund from the company I only want to warn others of the poor service and product

I ordered a track bar for my truck, it was shipped the same day, and arrived at my house in two days! The quality is amazing and it fixed the death wobble I had I had one question during install and called them, got an answer within minutes, and had the truck back on the road making money (it's a work truck) If I ever need other upgrades for my trucks, I'll definitely check with Dodge Offroad first They were great to deal with Very pleased with my purchase and the customer serviceI've already told all of the people I know that own Dodge trucks to check out their site

I ordered bent control arms after an inquiry which can be seen on the DOR website still, after being assured they would clear my setup and function properly. This was March 30th, 2015.
After install, the arms did NOT clear the tires at all- no better - and I immediately emailed them. Every time I sent an email, I received an email back, letting me know they received it. This was May 1st, 2015.
18 days later, I got a response saying they would make me a new set, great!
Low and behold, no emails were ever sent back to me again, after inquiring 5 more times.
I started a Paypal dispute and paypal said that I had buyers remorse. Clearly they are defending the hands that feed them, as if they were forced to give a refund for the wrong product they sent me, paypal would lose all fees made.
During the paypal dispute, I even got confirmation of DOR saying they would make me another set and then when I ask how/when can I get them, DOR stops responding. The dispute was handled incredibly poorly on Paypal's part.

I immediately removed the control arms because I have absolutely no faith in their quality, given that they are such an unethical business with no morals towards customer satisfaction. I was taken advantage of with bold face lies and I currently have the arms supporting my garbage cans at home. A fitting job for them.

I want no refunds or replacement parts because I have zero faith in the business and I desperately want to stop others from having the same experience I had. Noone has enough time to give away to a company who lies to customers.

Feel free to buy their parts, but please do so after being informed properly.
