demonstration of the service. On 4/2/2015  customer ‘s service was activated and customer was emailed instructions about logging into the service along with the name of his account representative, [redacted]  On April 8, 2015, customer was contacted again via email offering training.   On April 23, 2015, customer called inquiring about projects in the pre- design action stage, at that time, customer’s service was adjusted to include the pre- design action stage and searches were  created and saved for the customer to accommodate ease of use when looking for the pre-design projects.   At that time, it was also explained to the customer that he was not utilizing the searches that had been customized for him. Training was also offered.  On 5/6/2015  customer was offered the option to revise his one year contract  down to a 3 month contract for the amount of $580.81; at the time of this communication, customer has not responded to the offer.  Customer used the service from 4/2/2015- 4/23/2015. Given the fact that the customer signed a one year contract and that Dodge Data and Analytics provided  the agreed upon service we are not refunding the $533.00.

Review: They offered me a service for 600 dollars by a misrepresentation. The service was no good and did nit provide me with the clients they promised it would. It was a complete waste of my time and my money. I demanded my money back and even though they knew that they had ripped me off they refused to give me my money backDesired Settlement: 600.00 in full
