Absolutely terrible! Lady was super rude. Will NOT go back. I almost wanter to drive off.
We have contacted Ms. [redacted], and talked to her about her complaint. We are re-training the staff at this location on how to handle pre-paid phone cards and mailing Ms. [redacted] a refund in the form of a check.
Responding to [redacted], we have done our investigation, as well as our insurance company on this alleged gas claim. We have pulled all the information from our tanks and have no readings of water. We had a delivery on 6-13-15 @ approximately 8 am. Once the delivery was complete the tanks...
were manually stuck to look for water, which came back clear. There have been no other complaints from this location in regards to issues with gas. Our insurance company reviewed this claim and saw no liability on our part and denied the claim to the customer in writing on 6/22/15.
