I do apologize for this misunderstanding. I have not seen any email from you in regards to...

your concern/complaint pertaining to the Lien Release form that I submitted to you. Upon this notification, August 5th 2016, I will placed a Full release of lien, by certified mail, to you on August 6th 2016.
All of the dates and payment amounts Mrs. [redacted] noted in her complaint are correct. I have not seen any email pertaining to this issue. I have not received any phone calls or other means of contact from the [redacted]'s pertaining to this issue. Now that I am aware of the [redacted]'s concern I will submit another lien release.
I have done all that I can to professional work with the [redacted]'s throughout there project to come to a completion, and resolve any issues that have come up. I will continue to work with them to satisfy there concern and close out there project.

There is no misunderstanding involved with the Lien Release issue. A Full Lien Release was what Mr. [redacted] said he would provide, and as of today he has now done so. As to his last statement saying that he had done all he could to do professional work for us. We wish we could say that is so. At this point we are satisfied with the Lien Release he has now provided, and that our business with [redacted] Builders Construction is over.
