To whom it may concern: Attached please find the NY HUD specifications for the above mentioned project in detail of my work to be completedMy work was completed as per these specifications and were inspected not only by the Canajoharie Code inspector but the HUD manager overseeing this projectWe were paid in full for this project as everyone was satisfied with the work completed including the state of NY Mr [redacted] came back with some complaints of water seeping in and these complaints were addressed by my companyWe meant with MrFowler, the project manager and the code enforcer to address these complaintsIt was agreed upon by the project manager and the code enforcer that Dodson Construction performed their duties and completed satisfactorily the specifications of the contract We even meant with Mr [redacted] and tried to make him happy a second time but this just wasn't possibleMr [redacted] is under the impression that there should be NO seepage of water at all in his basement and to that I would ask, why drainage is in the basement floor and a sump pitThere are natural springs running along the ledge rock and that is why a sump pump was installedthere is no way you are going to keep this area bone dry Please feel free to contact me if there is anything else I can do for youDodson Construction & Son LLC Richard ADodson

Date: 03/02/In reply to your letter in regards to the above mentioned complaintI do not have your original letter in regards to Mr [redacted] complaint but I have been dealing with Mr [redacted] for the last months so I am aware of his complaintWe have done everything to the best of our ability to satisfy Mr [redacted] complaintWe have written many letters to Mr [redacted] acknowledging his problemWe have honored what was written in our contract and Mr [redacted] seems to want us to go above and beyond what is in that contractThe property was inspected by the code officer after completion of said job and everything we did was completed according to codeIt is our opinion that Mr [redacted] is seeking free work to be done that has nothing to do with our original contactWe have had the inspector back up there along with the HUD supervisor and they all agree that we honored and completed our work there Mr [redacted] has filed a claim with our Liability Insurance carrier and there will be an investigation by them and hopefully we can put this matter to rest DODSON CONSTRUCTION & SON LLC Richard ADodson

In response to MrDodson, I would like to inform you of the following: In reply to your letter in regards to the above mentioned complaintI do not have your original letter in regards to Mr*** complaint but I have been dealing with Mr*** for the last months so I am aware of his complaint(MRDODSON HAD IGNORED ALL OF MY LETTERS AND PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT WERE SENT TO HIM EXCEPT FOR A LETTER SENT TO ME ON DECEMBER 7TH OF THIS WAS IN RESPONSE TO ALL THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT I HAD MAILED TO HIM, BOTH INSPECTORS AND THE VILLAGE OF CANAJOHARIETHAT WAS THE ONLY CONTACT THAT MRDODSON SHOWED ME OVER THESE SIX MONTHS.)We have done everything to the best of our ability to satisfy Mr*** complaintWe have written many letters to Mr*** (MRDODSON DID NOT SEND MANY LETTERS ONLY THE ONE THAT WAS DATED DECEMBER 7TH OF 2015...THERE WERE NO PHONE CALLS MADE BY HIM TO CONTACT ME TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES AT HAND OVER THE PAST MONTHS; THEREFORE HE MAY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THE SITUATION BUT DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL FOR A TIME TO SEE THE ONGOING ISSUE THAT STILL PERSISTS TODAY; MARCH 2, 2016) acknowledging his problemWe have honored what was written in our contract and Mr*** seems to want us to go above and beyond what is in that contractThe property was inspected by the code officer after completion of said job and everything we did was completed according to code(ALL OF THESE ISSUES THAT ARE IN THE COMPLAINT; IS A RESULT OF RAINFALL AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE JOBI CONTACTED THE ORION MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN SEPTEMBER AND MRZABAWSKY STATED THAT HE CONTACTED MR DODSON AND MR ZABAWSKY COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT HE SPOKE WITH MR DODSON AND MR DODSON TOLD HIM THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE; YET HE NEVER DIDIN MY FIRST LETTER TO EACH PARTY; I STATED THAT NO ONE ADDRESSED THE ISSUE AFTER THE FIRST RAINFALL OR THE SECOND RAINFALLIT WAS THEN AFTER THE THIRD RAINFALL THAT I SENT THE FIRST LETTER OF COMPLAINT ON NOVEMBER 30, 2015.)It is our opinion that Mr*** is seeking free work to be done that has nothing to do with our original contactWe have had the inspector back up there along with the HUD supervisor and they all agree that we honored and completed our work there( AGAIN THIS COMPLAINT HAS COME AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK; AT WHICH TIME I DID CONTACT EACH PARTY; YET NO ONE WOULD RESPOND---I ALSO SENT LETTERS ON DECEMBER 17, AND JANUARY 3, 2016---I CONTINUED TO WAIT; YET STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANY PARTY INVOLVED) THUS MY LETTER TO Revdex.com ON JANUARY 7, 2016Mr*** has filed a claim with our Liability Insurance carrier and there will be an investigation by them and hopefully we can put this matter to rest.
