I am rejecting this response because:I stand by my original statement. Once again I was told by Debra they ( Dodson's ) would not charge me to return my jewelry because of the run around they gave me. In charging me Debra probably forgot what she told me on the phone. I'm not making this up! The only misunderstanding is on their part. $20 isn't going to make or break either one of us but rather it's simply the principal of the thing. She said what she said & I hold them to it.
