is one ofmy best employees and is not one to raise her voice.) that the was no longer accepting that coupon fromthe church bulletin. When asked where she got it she said a friend gave it to her. We told her that we havenot ran that coupon since last august. The new coupon was for a free cup of coffee with breakfast order of$5.99. She made a scene in front of other guest at the front counter for around 5 minutes with a staffmember before the night manager told them to give her the discount so they could move onto the nextcustomer waiting. The she asked for senior discount and our staff told her you couldn't get 2 discounts inthe same order. She made a scene again and said she would go home to get her card and she wodd begiven the discount. She returned a few days later and tried to do the same thing and this time the Ownerwas here to speak with her. I have 5 staff members that can state that the owner did not yell at her, shewas told the same thing that the coupons where not being run anymore that there was a new one being ranand she has been told this already.
