Doe Plumbing Reviews (3)

Putting all emotion aside, this becomes very simple. ***, for whatever reason, does not believe that my plumber was there twice. Neither her nor her son were there the first day when we were contacted and told it was an emergency. A tenant was there and can confirm that my plumber was there getting it temporarily repaired until we could access all of the correct parts the next day. A different tenant was there the next day when the same plumber and an apprentice came and installed the new parts for the faucet. The tenant can verify that we were there the first day. I will offer that *** can come back into my shop, speak with the plumber that was there twice and look at the signed payroll sheets that show my plumber was paid for being there the two days in a row. *** states that we have done numerous jobs for her over the years, which we have. I don't understand why she would believe that I would now choose to lie about the charges and loose her business over $70.00, it makes no sense at all. She came into my shop and we went over the invoice together and she stated that she understood the charges and would explain them to her son, now obviously influenced by her son, she has filed a complaint after looking me in the face and telling me she understood and accepted the charges. If she would like to come to the shop, I am more than willing to sit and discuss her concerns and show her the evidence I have to support my claims. I would even be willing to discuss a discount and refund on her bill but request that it be done in person, the way I have conducted my business for thirty years, not on this type of format. In closing, *** I respect you and your concerns, I am willing to sit and talk with you like I was the first time, I believe we can come to a mutual resolve to this situation

Revdex.com May 11, 2018To whom it may concern: I received a letter from you on Saturday, May 5th, it was dated May 1st and asked me to reply...

within 10 days. Because of when I actually received the letter I would hope that I am still within your time constraints. The ID number assigned is [redacted] and is in reference to a complaint filed by [redacted] [redacted]. I am saddened that she feels we have done anything wrong. We were contacted 10 minutes before 5:00 pm, our closing time, and told it was an emergency because a faucet had broken and was spraying everywhere, I dispatched a plumber, who was paid overtime rate, she found the shower faucet in pieces and water spraying all over the bathroom. We did not have the authentic [redacted] repair parts to fully rebuild the faucet and the only place we could purchase them locally was closed for the evening. She was able to shut-off the main water and assemble the faucet so that the main water could be turned back on without the faucet spraying everywhere. The next morning the same plumber went back and rebuilt the faucet with authentic [redacted] parts. She did have an apprentice with her at this time but [redacted] was not charged for the apprentice, She was charged two hours at regular time for one plumber, one hour for the evening call which by all rights should have been charged out at overtime rate, and one hour for the next morning.[redacted] did come into my shop 3 1/2 months later with a part she claimed was from the faucet we had repaired, it was horribly damaged. The kind of damage that could only he caused by terrible misuse by the tenant or improper removal of the part by [redacted]'s son. I explained this to [redacted] and also went over her invoice with her to show her that she had only been charged for one plumber. She left my shop telling me that she would explain to her son that they had not been charged for two people. In all honesty I am offended by [redacted]'s accusations. She is a customer that I once waited over a year to receive payment for services and only received payment after threatening to turn her into the police for theft of services, yet 1 was still willing to dispatch a plumber when it was an emergency. I still have two invoices she has never paid which I was willing to write off before receiving your letter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you have anymore questions or need any further response. Thank You,Thomas [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I am shocked to hear this response, since we are a LLC, in business for over 30 years in Wyoming, and pay our bills on time, without police being notified.  It appears clear that DOE Plumbing (TOM) feels the need to lie on a few occasions here, because he doesnt want to refund the $70.00 I believe we are owed...We have used this service for many years, however it appears. he would rather lie about $70 and lose  business.
Regards,
