This company was assigned by an extended warranty service company to repair my refrigerator.An employee came & diagnosed the problem,stated he will order the parts.That was in March.I waited for more than a month.I called the company to check on the status of the parts ordered.I was told it was on back order.This July,I called again to check on it.I was told they had the parts for a week already.So a date was scheduled for them to fix the appliance.The day came,nobody showed up.So I called the company again.Numerous attempts to talk to someone failed.Until after a few days,I was able to talk to a person,who told me the man in charge will call me back in minutes.Hours passed,nobody called me back.I called the warranty co& they attempted to call but was unsuccessful
Do not use this company! Unfortunately I used Doe's Appliance a few years ago and they handed me a huge bill for a minor washer repair I said I would not use them again Well, two years later, my regular appliance guy was out of town and my gas dryer would not heat so I took it to Doe's They called (Dionte) saying the part was $plus labor the total was $ Me knowing some about appliances, I completely questioned the cost They stood firm I did not have the work done! My appliance guy came back to town He fixed it Part was $plus labor? $total!! Doe's Appliance in El Dorado, Arkansas are Crooks!
