After repeated attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing list (I have also emailed them to be removed), I still get regular email solicitation.I purchased a dog bed from them on April 19th. It wasn't shipped until May 2nd and it didn't arrive until two weeks after that!! I complained and they said it was out of stock - which was not indicated when ordered. Now I get regular (weekly) email solicitations from them even though I have unsubscribed 3 times and emailed them separately requesting that they cease contacting me.Desired SettlementI want them to stop sending me emails!

unable to "unsubscribe" to unwanted email advertisement.I have been trying to unsubscribe from this email list for several months now. They have a clearly marked "unsubscribe" button on each email. I have clicked "unsubscribe" for months. I have written them emails to please unsubscribe me. Last time about a month ago I wrote an email stating how frustrated I was with using their "unsubscribe" button and not getting the result I want. I informed them I guess I have to contact the Revdex.com. I never expected to have to. Today I received yet another unwanted email advertisement. Something is falling through the cracks at the place. nobody seems to read emails.Desired SettlementI would just like them to PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE me from their email list.Business Response Hi,Even though he didn't provide the email address he wanted removed, we took a guess and searched under "h" and found him and removed him. Subscriber addresses are organized by email first, name last - many times information is not complete - people don't give the correct email or have not spelled their name correctly in the database so the automated system doesn't get a match. We changed store platforms this year so he may have accidentally been put back in the list when the store was rebuilt since some files were lost for a 2-3 month period. I have filled out their form a hundred times Including my email. They are nuts!!!! But yes I accept there response because apparently they have said the have taken care of it.

My 40+attempts to unsubscribe from dogbedworks.com have failed over a 2 year period. I have "unsubscribed" online, by phone & email contacts provided.I ordered (once) from dogbedworks.com without a problem, but once in their database, I began receiving weekly emails advertisements from [redacted]@dogbedworks.com. I immediately responded by following through on their offer to unsubscribe from these emails. It has been two years since I ordered and I still receive weekly advertisements and at least twice per month, I "unsubscribe" by this method. This calendar year, I began calling their customer service number and leaving messages that I would like to unsubscribe and have emailed customer service with the same request several times. I would estimate the number of attempts I have made to unsubscribe has been more than 40 times. It is clear that Dogbedworks is not an honorable business and make false claims.Desired SettlementA fair settlement will be that Dogbedworks takes me and other applicable customers off of their email list and provide a working unsubscribe feature for all customers.

This company is not honoring my requests to "unsubscribe" from their advertising e-mails.For months I have used the "unsubscribe" link in their e-mails to request that I stop receiving messages, with no result. On January 2, 2014, I forwarded one of their e-mails to the e-mail address offered on the "Contact Us" page on their Web site ([redacted]) and asked that they remove my address, with no response or result. On January 28, 2014, I created a separate message with the subject, "Please Unsubscribe Me" and sent it to that same address, with no response or result. On February 3, 2014, I complained to the FTC, with no response or result. They offer no toll-free telephone number, and I should not have to spend money calling them to accomplish something they "promise" to do in every e-mail by offering the "unsubscribe" link. I simply want them to honor my request to take my e-mail address off their mailing list. They are being deceitful by offering an option to unsubscribe and then not honoring it.Desired SettlementTake my e-mail address off their mailing list and do not ever send me an e-mail message in the future.
