I did not receive any contact from the Dog Days Inn but I did receive a refund from my credit card company
Review: Dog Days Inn is a grooming, boarding and dog day care facility. Without warning they closed shop and posted a note on their door saying "closed for renovation". My husband and myself called the business number and left messages in hopes of getting an open date but never received a call back. In speaking with another customer of theirs, we discovered they closed due to lack of funds. We paid $260 for 5 dog training sessions a week before their "renovations". Our dog went to one session out of the five we had paid in advance for.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund back of $200, as the dog did receive one session out of the five we paid for.
