My room mate and I both ordered one of these harnesses on the same night and on the same day about three minutes apart. The next day I was contacted by email asking if the order was correct and I said yes it was. A week later my room mate received her harness but mine did not show. I waited till the end of the week then contacted [redacted] who I suppose is the owner. She said that both were shipped from [redacted] on the same day which was the 14th and that I would receive mine by the next day on the 21st. The days have come and gone and over a week after my room mate got hers mine is still missing. The transaction went through so she took my money and has not responded to my calls or emails. There is not even a tracking number for the package.Product_Or_Service: Medium dog harnessDesired SettlementI would like the product that I paid for, the harness works great and I still need one for my dog. Weather it was lost, stolen, misplaced, or not shipped I really don't care, I want them to make this right.
