diamond D-VS2 1.50CT, he asked to see the GAI certificate (see attached copy) that came with the diamond before making a decision, as you see it says on the bottom of the certificate "clarity characteristics : feather filled" [redacted] asked what it meant and we explained him the process that the diamond went through and he was fully aware of what kind of diamond he was getting. After spending over an hour [redacted] wanted to think about it and shop around a little more before finalizing the deal, 45 minutes later [redacted] came back and told us that after shopping around he liked our offer the most and decided to purchase the diamond 1.50ct along with diamond ring that includes: 0.45ct in side diamonds, he left very happy and very satisfied with the purchase he made. [redacted] never ask for a specific certification , he just told us the shape, carat weight, clarity, color that he would like to get along with his price range. Two days later [redacted] came by the store asking for a refund, we explained him that the store doesn't have a return policy only exchange policy as it says it on the receipt that he sign, after a short conversation with [redacted] we were asking him what changed his mind after he left so happy on Saturday he told us that he took the diamond and the ring to get a second opinion and that he doesn't want a feather filled diamond anymore, that he wants GIA certified diamond, so we told him that we would get him a diamond that he would like and he would have a credit of $ 6,150.00 for the next transaction,[redacted] said that he would think about what he wants to do and will get back to us with a decision.After [redacted] left the store with the diamond and the ring we never heard back from him.Even after almost 3 months we are willing to take the diamond back in exchange for any other diamond [redacted] would like to have and he would get the full amount that he paid for the next purchase.If you have any questions please feel free to call us at the number listed above.Thank you,Moda Diamonds management.
