A appointment was made for [redacted] at Dog Gone Beautiful, [redacted] for my [redacted] dog Requested wash, nails clipped, hair trim and hair knots to be removed When arrived for appointment was told dog would be ready for pick up in three and a half hours, which would be approximately [redacted] Time for pickup came and wentTried phoning but always went to voice mailFinally being upset left to go get my dog at [redacted] Upon arrival there was one girl at establishment and my dogI was devastated and did not recognize my dogThe dog had been shaved and no longer resembled the [redacted] that he is The dog with all hair gone now looks like a [redacted] dog! Finding that one eye is now weeping a white matter so am now faced with a veterinary bill to have dog's eye checkedAm very displeased with the job done
