Dog Gone Good K-9 Training

Dog Gone Good K9 Training promised to deliver a "fantastic family companion" after a 4 week training program. This trainer kept our pet for 8 weeks- at his request for "more time". We had to probe for any communication throughout the entire stay. He promised "multiple messages" throughout each week however failed to maintain this promise. He sent messages stating our dog was fully potty trained, knew how to sit, heel, go and come from crate. We picked up our dog after being in his care for 8 weeks to find our loving pet malnourished with ribs and spine showing. He smelled of old urine. His gums were bleeding. His first stool revealed worms. He is a mess. This is animal cruelty and neglect. Our dog does not know a single promised command. He has terrible crate behaviors and substantial regressive behaviors. There were many excuses for lack of communication throughout his stay. I hope our situation was unique and this is not reflective of his business as a whole but extreme caution should be implemented if moving forward with this business. Not only did he not receive any training as promised and guaranteed, he did not receive basic care throughout his stay which is the greatest concern. I reached out to receive a refund and this was declined. No one should rob someone of their money when services/goods were not provided; more importantly, no one should be allowed to demonstrate animal cruelty and neglect.
