what happened to my dog having a seizure which she does have a history of a seizure disorder but has not had a seizure in four years This was never asked of us prior to signing the contract or installation of the fence actually we didn't even think of it until she had the seizure We were never asked if the dog had any pre-existing conditions When I told [redacted] that I spoke with my veterinarian and they stated that we should not continue with the fence, he became angry and started telling me her seizures were due to new tice or flea medicine I gave her and I told him that wasn't true I eventually told him to please send me in writing all his additional requirements to meet the unconditional day refund which were not listed on his contract But she never mailed me any requirements Or would respond to any of my text messages emails or voice messages .I really wish I was questioned about any pre existing requirements but after this happened we researched the data and it's clearly all over that dispenses can trigger seizures in dogs Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure who filed this rebuttal to my complaintdog guard out of Dear Revdex.com,We have tried multiple times to work with [redacted]r of East Haven, CT but such multiple attempts have failed. We expressed our concerns about her claims that our system caused her dog to have [redacted] seizures and simply requested a written statement from her...

local veterinarian that such claims caused the seizures in which she refused to submit such documentation. This customer finally revealed in our last conversation that her dog has suffered from [redacted] seizures in the past before the fencing system was even installed meaning her dog has a pre-existing condition. That clearly shows that our fencing system did not cause her dog to have seizures. We have been in business for over 30 years and have over 250,000 dogs on our fencing system and not one of them has ever suffered from a medical condition due to being trained on our system. This simply is a false claim and it clearly states in our money back guarantee that no refund will be submitted until owner has completed the training and every measure to correct the problem of the system operation or completed training has been exhausted. We are offering this customer free additional training sessions if she chooses to keep her Dog Guard system. We cannot offer a refund as the system was installed at her request, is working properly, and her dog was fully trained to the system. We went back to help train her dog multiples times to ensure her dogs safety on our system. We want to clarify that our installers are not "out of state" workers as claimed in this dispute. Our installers live locally in Connecticut and have been members of the Dog Guard family for many years. This dispute is based on false claims with no documentation to back up such claims. It is clearly an attempt to tarnish our reputation which we cannot partake in such claims. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and continue to do so despite [redacted]s unfounded claims.
