thought you were referring to emails from PetHub in regards to your complaint so we had them ensure that your account was deactivated and that you would not receive any more emails from them.
I have checked with them again today to make sure that they have removed your name and email. They have.
We also made sure you were out of our email list back in early September.
However, we do have a question and answer function on our website where past customers can provide answers to shoppers regarding a product they purchased and I think that might be what you received recently. I am weary of this business. The fact that their product is administered by another company is a poor, nay lame excuse why they are unable to control customer contact. If your product is managed by 2 entities, then they must be in sync and that is not the case here. Yes I would appreciate a refund
