of the process variability you were not given a definitive call back time. According to our records Dodger did not appear to be ill during his three days of Boarding at The Dog Lodge. He was not vomiting nor did he have diarrhea so that is why I suggested that Dodger be seen by a Vet to resolve his problem. It is our policy to notify Owners of any problem which occur during Boarding or Grooming. Our Consulting Vet reviews complaints as part our Pet Care Policy. Please have your Vet send us a copy of the Treatment Report including the Diagnosis.
