In response to this complaint, as I tried to explain to the customer that day (2/3/16) all service calls include travel time from the home office to the location or from the last service call to the locationThis is standard practice with ANY service company, most also charge mileage and even a truck feeDogWatch of Jackson has maintained a policy as stated above from the day of inception years agoOn 2/3/I left the home office at 8am (Madison, Ms) and it took the min to drive to terry, I was already there at least minutes before the customer even knew I was there, I was already at work troubleshooting the break in the fence When I completed the repair and was informing the customer of my finding and presenting the invoice the time was 9:The customer was billed for hours of laborThe other visits I was close to the customer’s location on one occasion, another time I was already enroot to a personal obligation and incorporated the service call without having to charge the customer drive time thus giving reduced cost in her favorI understand the customer’s frustration, yet I have always been open with our billing methodsTell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:What he said in his complaint is untrue I am not going to go back and forth with him about what he know is wrong to do He is very inconsistent with his fees How can you charge a customer from your house to their house when there is no proof that no stops wasn't made inbetweenAt this point, he cannot be trusted I will never use him again, and will advise my friends of the issues that I had with him for them to find someone else to do their workSo although my issue is not resolved, that's ok, I spent a lil money and gained a lot of sense

On 2/3/16 I left the home office at 8am (Madison, Ms) and it took the 38 min to drive to terry, I was already there at least 10 minutes before the customer even knew I was there, I was already at work troubleshooting the break in the fence .
