Review: [redacted], doing business as [redacted] is operating an unlicensed, uninsured, unregistered business at this location. She has received fees in the amount of $175 from myself and my daughter by representing herself as a "Professional Certified Master Groomer for over 20 years" when she is actually cutting dogs hair in her filthy basement while her non-verbal 3 year old runs around the house with her large Dalmatian. She received payment to groom 5 dogs - 3 of those dogs left with [redacted] paws from nails being cut too short. The dogs bled all over our cars which required us to have the cars cleaned at our expense. One dog, a 5lb Yorkie, was severely injured while under the care of [redacted] and her "business". Sassy was covered in abrasions and razor burns. She has several large, deep cuts on her front and back paws, her hind quarters and above one of her eyes. She was taken to the vet, also at our expense, and was put on medication for her wounds. The medication was also at our expense. [redacted] has no business operating an unlicensed and uninsured business out of her basement.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $140 - for the 4 dogs who left bleeding. I have no problem paying for the one who amazingly escaped without injury (that I know of) although I did receive a text saying "Poor Peanut ...she's had enuf of being chased by a 3 yr old lol". I also want reimbursement in the amount of $69.50 for the vet bill and prescription medication for the one dog with deep cuts. Lastly, I would like [redacted] to stop grooming dogs until she is properly licensed and insured as any "Professional Certified Master Groomer for over 20 years" should be.
