searches for the human tees and remakes them into the dog tees. Sometimes she can relocate them quickly and sometimes it may take a little longer. I received about 19-20 tees about a week or so ago and one was a mickey. I mistakenly thought it was shipped to [redacted] but it was for another customer who ordered the same shirt but in black. I did communicate this to [redacted] and her tee is shipping priority from the designer directly instead of coming to me first with the rest of my orders. I am so sorry this took some time. We have been in business for 8 years and love all of our customers and only want them to be happy.

Review: I made a order in the amount of $104.00 on Sept **,2013 and have never received a ship date or any replies from the company ,...as of this date they have ignored all of my e mails on when the item's were to be delivered I also made another order of $102.90 and from their past conduct it would be the same response they just ignore any e mails to discuss it.Desired Settlement: I am entitled to get my money back that they have charged my credit card for non delivery

Review: Ordered three items on December **, 2014 and only received one. I changed the size on one item in which they confirmed this was taken care of and have not received the item. I reached out via email and tried calling the 800 number without an answer, return call or contact. I made another attempt today, 12/** to inquire about my order since the items I ordered were Christmas gifts. Costumer service is very poor and do not know if I am dealing with an honest business.Desired Settlement: I would like my items sent to me via an expedited process....overnight to three days.

Review: I placed an order with DoggieCouture shop June [redacted]. The item ordered was a vintage Beetles t-shirt for my dog. On their website underneath the product I ordered they indicate "orders usually ship in 3-5 business days"...so after I hadn't received a shipping notification for a couple weeks I thought to reach out to check on the status. On their website they state "email would be the quickest way" to contact them so July [redacted] at 2:22pm EST I emailed [redacted] of DoggieCouture Shop regarding the status of my order/delivery information. I didn't receive any sort of response from her or anyone other company representative so I emailed her again July [redacted] at 6:09pm EST stating that I had not received a response from my previous email sent almost two weeks ago and would like someone to contact me to update me on my order, I also notified her that I would be calling her this week if I did not hear back from her. Since I did not hear from her again, I called her the [redacted] shop and left a voicemail with customer service. I have yet to hear from [redacted] or anyone from customer service.

I attempted calling again this morning, and again received the voicemail, this time I did not leave a message.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would just like my money back after waiting a month for a t-shirt and receiving no communication from them 1) stating my item was delayed for some reason and 2) responding to my multiple inquiries.

Hello, I am so sorry we didn't receive the emails mentioned here. We always respond to every email and phone call and I am very sorry for the miscommunication. We sent an email regarding the tee and I am hoping it was received. We checked our inbox and deleted messages and could not find the emails from you. I will have our IT People check on this immediately as this has never happened before. Your order has been refunded, my deepest apologies for this.

Review: I ordered 5 items with a total bill of 91.52 dollars on July **. I tried to get a tracking number for the shipment several times and was given a fake one on July **. Then I heard nothing and decided to cancel the order. The business owner then sent me an email saying she was sending the items, despite my wish to cancel. She sent 2 items only, totaling 18.00, thus a loss of 73.52 to me. I have emailed her several times about this, with no response.

I have photos and copies of the items, the box, and all emails, as well as screen shots of the usps website showing the item not being shipped and screenshots of my order, if they are needed.Desired Settlement: I want the remainder of the money I sent to her and did not receive items for.

The Initial package appears to have been lost by the post office. We resent the shampoo and the toy in another package. The Vintage tee had to be remade and the 2 fans had to be reordered as we sent the last 2 in that first package. The customer was not going to be at the address they stated any longer, so we already refunded their order in full and allowed them to keep the shampoo and toy free of charge. The customer was already refunded and contacted that they may keep the products they received. We sincerely apologize that their package was lost my the post office. Thank you.

This seller puts items up for sale that are not available! I didn't receive my alternative items no where near the expected time although I ordered express mail. The seller stopped answering all of my emails and I had to make a time consuming dispute with PayPal.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT'S MORE PROFESSIONAL!

Review: I order a Mickey Mouse t-shirt for my dog in July, and it is September, and I still have not received the shirt. I have emailed several times, and have had some contact mostly saying they are checking on my order, with no resolution at all. The last email I have said that it was sent, and she is checking on the tracking details. Haven't had a response since. I too feel like I am being scammed, since i've been getting the runaround from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my item delivered, or refunded 100%.

“Unreliable Customer Service” - I was charged for items on the day the order was placed. I went online to review my order and it immediately said "processing." Well, it was processing for over one week so I decided to call. Left a message, no return call. Called again, 2 days later, left a message, again, no return call. Sent 3 messages and did not get response. I had to call my credit card as it seems to me that this business was non responsive and had no intention of providing any customer service (an entire week passed without a response). I then sent a 4th message and got 2 responses which stated that they would be canceling my order. There was NO attempt to try to apologize for their lack of attention to customer service and then, simply dismissed me.
