My client vehemently denies any wrongdoing, on behalf of the salon.According to my client, on July 20th at 8:19 p.m, the complainant messaged my client, first to congratulate her on her lumpectomy being benign and second, to send her condolences for the loss of my cousin. Knowing she was out work for two weeks to care for her dying cousin, the complainant said she was very happy with the way the girls groomed Stanley and that Stanley loved coming to my shop. (Several times she stated that.)The complainant, did state however, that she didn't like the fact that her employees pointed out to her that it looked like her dog Stanley was licking his front paw and there was redness under his collar. (Maybe from the new flea collar). She told my client that she took Stanley to the vet and the vet found nothing wrong. She says she didn't like my client allegedly "giving her accusations". When my client responded that she was in route to her cousins funeral, the complainant sent her another message stating that she better do something about this. Then after the funeral, my client noticed that the complainant posted false accusations about my her and the business.  One of her post, in part, claimed that the vet was required to place the dog on antibiotics because my client's grooming salon allegedly cut him and used dirty clippers.  Again, no proof to substantiate this bold allegation. The complainant also posted on Facebook that the vet told her they were going to report my client to the state and she had documents from vet stating we were going to be reported. My client called the vet herself that Friday afternoon and spoke with Dr. F[redacted] from the [redacted]  Upon information and belief, Dr. F[redacted] told my client that it was all untrue. Though he was not able to disclose to my client the outcome of the visit because of confidentiality, he told her, upon information and belief, that everything the complainant said on Facebook was a lie. The complainant has made serious unsubstantiated accusations against my client.  The allegations of mistreatment and alleged lies against my client are baseless and otherwise slanderous and defamatory.I respectfully urge your Revdex.com not to post this complaint without fully investigating this matter further. At this point, the complaint filed has no evidence or substance to it and it should not be advanced insofar as if this type of complaint is posted by your agency, my client's business reputation may be seriously affected and permanently damaged. My client is willing to cooperate fully into the investigation into this matter. Please feel free to contact me at [redacted] for further information or should you have any questions regarding the same.Thank you,[redacted] Esq.[redacted]
