Turned my month old doodle into a poodleUnbelievable that without our consent they shaved our Mulligan to almost 1/inch from 5-inchesOnly a few small mats under legs (even noted on paperwork) completely unnecessary to shave! I use a slicker sand brush him dailyHe is not happy going outside nowWinter shaving?! They never called to ask if it was ok or let us know when they phoned he was ready for pickupWho does this?! He was unrecognizable to us! When my son picked him up he had to show a picture of them all again to him because he thought he was getting the wrong dogThey acted like they did nothing wrong when I spoke to them and had the nerve to say it had to be done eventually Mulligan is one of doodles they groom apparently so they acted like I shouldn't even question themDid not offer a refund until after my parents called to cancel their appointment for the following day for their pupThen they followed up with a sarcastic unprofessional voicemailVery disheartening considering we took the dogs there for boarding bathing and grooming

Turned my 8 month old doodle into a poodle. Unbelievable that without our consent they shaved our Mulligan to almost 1/2 inch from 5-6 inches. Only a few small mats under legs (even noted on paperwork) completely unnecessary to shave! I use a slicker sand brush him daily. He is not happy going outside now. Winter shaving?! They never called to ask if it was ok or let us know when they phoned he was ready for pickup. Who does this?! He was unrecognizable to us!
