I needed to have a tree cut down in my back yard that was only yards from my house, and wires. I called every tree company that was listed in the yellow book. Out of the 8 I called only 6 showed. My first contact with Erwin I asked about their insurance. I was pleasantly surprised that she offered to email me their info on insurance. To which she did with the number to confirm they had all the proper insuance. Next she set up a appointment. This was another pleasant surprise as that all the other tree companies said they would be out in a couple days. (remember two did not show) They also are the only company I did not have to give directions to my house. When my appointment came I spoke with Joe. Very nice fellow and knew all about the tree I had in my yard. Erwin is the only company that stepped away to their car to give me a printed quote to which I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. (Others were like "yeah it's going to be $$$$$) Now I did give the other two guys three more days to come but even then my mind was made up. Called and made the appointment to have the tree cut. I was told they had a back log of three weeks but was happy when they came a week later. The crewed showed up a hour early. Awesome! When they got here they had plenty of men to take care of the job. (NO GREENHORNS YAY!) These guys were the real deal and worked very well together. [redacted] did a amazing job along with his crew. The whole tree came down in about 4 hours. The crew clean my yard nicely and went out of their way to do a good job and make me happy. If you are looking for a legit tree company with no hassle [redacted] is the place. The price was right for the piece of mind and the level of professionalism. A++
