Good Morning,
   I received a message that my complaint #[redacted] has been closed automatically because I didn't respond to the last email. I was waiting for my order to ship before responding because I was afraid that I still might not receive it. The business had responded to my complaint by stating that they would ship my item the week-ending 09/11/15. When I didn't receive the item I responded to an email from Anders E[redacted] and inquired when it might be shipped. I was told that they were away until 09/15/15 but that the item would ship when they returned. Today is 09/23/15 and I have still have not received the item or notification that is has been shipped. I would like my case to remain open until my item is actually received.
