The store ran my giftcard and told me it did not work so I used my credit card. I tried to use the card and all funds were used.
The store ran my giftcard and told me it did not work so I used my credit card. I tried to use the gift card later that day and was told all funds were used. The card issuing company told me that the funds were used at pet essentials. The total was just a little over $50. Mastercard XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX security code XXXX XXX. phone number on card -XXX-XXX-XXXX. After two phone calls to the owner of Pet Essentials I was told "Your money must be lost in cyberspace"and he refused to credit my credit card.
