Review: I placed an order with DoGoodBuyUs on August * for perfume at a value of $99.00. My credit card was charged, money was withdrawn, and the product was marked as shipped. It is now October **, and I have not received the item. My post office is very good about delivering or calling me personally when I have a package at the office. I have called the company a dozen times, but I just get a constant ringing. The website is down (not able to access website). I have emailed the company half a dozen times with no response. There are several complaints very similar to mine posted on the DoGoodBuyUs [redacted] page of paying but not getting the order.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund of the $99.00 plus shipping I spent, and would no longer like the perfume.

Review: I signed up to be a vendor with DoGoodBuyUs about a year ago, and was told I would receive payments for my products once a month. I have yet to receive a payment, and never receive replies to my emails.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the $250 deposit they requested to be placed on their site, as well as all money that was earned for the sale of my products on their site. They have inventory of my products as well, which I would like to receive.

Review: I made a $29 order from DoGoodBuyUs on July **, 2014. I checked the [redacted] tracking, which just said "Pre-shipment order sent to [redacted]." I contacted the company on August **, and received a reply on August ** saying, "I hope all is well and that you are having a great Labor Day weekend. We will check-in with our partners after the holiday." I did not hear back from the company, and sent another email on September ** asking for a refund. I have still not received a reply or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my credit card for my missing order.
