Review: My cat was in distress and they refused treatment until I paid them $1200 in full. My cat should have been given an IV and pain medication because she was in misery. It is all about the money with these people. I have an excellent vet who would have picked up my cat from their facility. They were definitely blackmailing me into paying a fee for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: My cat died only minutes I had left their facility. I want my money back in full. If not I will have my attorney take care of this matter.
