Dogs Deserve Better

Review: I keep getting harassed by Dogs Deserve Better. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before, they quit sending me mail for a while, then they start right back up. I have called several times and last time the girl I spoke to said she would take me off the list. They will not list who the area representative is. I would like to find out why they keep putting me on their list. The problem has not been resolved by the Revdex.com, so what is my next course of action? I am going to call my lawyer tomorrow to see if he can help me with the harassment. My dog stays in the garage with kennel heat pads or in the basement when it is cold or extremely hot. He is not chained up, we have an Invisible Fence with at least 3 acres to run, plus a heavy treed lot. I feel this is a personal issue because they claimed they took me off their list. They send this garbage out, but are chicken when it comes time to sign their name on it. I have talked to other home owners in the area, some with their dogs chained up and in kennels, they have not received any of the literature I have. A child helped with this, misspelled words, misinformation that's wrong, I feel like I'm wrongly convicted. Teaching kids they are doing good by harassing people isn't helping anyone, your creating bullies. Spend your time and effort on animals that ARE being abused or the HOMELESS AND STARVING VETERANS. DONATE TO FOOD BANKS. Why don't you go after dog owners who let their dogs run loose. A neighbor who let her dogs run loose knocked my son off his bike and he got MRSA in his wound, they had a hard time clearing it up with antibiotic, plus thousands of dollars in medical bills. Are you sending literature to her? Is that acceptable to let your animals run in the road? Is it acceptable for an animal to get killed in the road or injure someone? PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER!Desired Settlement: I want Dogs Deserve Better to list who the area representative is, I would like to take legal action if possible, the girl on the phone said she would take me off the list, but here it is again, harassing literature. Can the Revdex.com please stop the harassment? What is my next course of action if an attorney can't help? I'm still being harassed, this is my second notice to the Revdex.com. Reference Revdex.com complaint Id #[redacted]; I am in receipt of complaint from your office. Our response is as follows: The

complainant states that she does not chain or pen dogs on her property. Our effort that she referred to is an annual exercise

wherein dog owners nationwide whose property houses dogs that are chained or penned are identified and mailed a brochure

and card (around Valentine’s Day) encouraging them to consider other alternatives for housing their dogs. In some instances it

may be that the properties were identified erroneously, i.e. could have been an adjacent property wherein the dogs were

actually confined in this manner and not the property of the recipient. If that is the case our policy is to apologize to the party

erroneously contacted and immediately remove them from our data base. We have done that in this instance and regret the

inconvenience to the recipient. Should additional information be required do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your
