Review: [redacted], owner of Dog's Life Canine Academy, a mobile dog training service in Kalispell, Montana, has encouraged clients to prepay in advance for dog training sessions, then moved away overnight without providing the services promised. Clients never received any refunds on their prepaid service contract, and she is not returning phone calls or emails. She has also not responded to my personal requests to REMOVE my personal recommendation from her website and Facebook page. She is an irresponsible business owner who deceived myself and my pet owner clients, whom I initially referred to her in good faith. None of these clients have been reimbursed for their expenditures. I am unaware how many other individuals in this area have paid for but not received any services.Desired Settlement: Any individuals in the Flathead Valley of Montana who have been a victim of monetary fraud from Dog's Life Canine Academy should receive a full refund of their prepaid expenditures.
