In regards to the complaint, we are very sorry the customer is upset. We never like to see anyone unhappy. All *** customers sign our Service Agreement giving us the permission to seek medical help for their pup even if we can not reach them. We called multiple times and
left messages with no response. Per the service agreement if we feel their pup needs medical treatment we have permission to do so and the owners are responsible. I will fax a copy of their signed service agreement. We would never do anything without the customers permission which is why we have the service agreement for these incidentsThe owner is more than welcome to talk with the customer if they would like to.
