Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We were specifically told the grooming, including a bath anal glands, nails clipped would cost $and we were further told the dog would be done in hours if we were the first ones in the shop I would not have taken the dog there if that had not been agreed upon.....further, my wife never raised her voice I was sitting right outside the door of the shop and could hear everything going on The owner was very abusive and waving her arms around and gesturing As far as taking the card, my wife did take the card after the shop owner threatened her that she was going to call all shops in the area and warn them about us....at this point she didnt know what she would do with our personal information If this shop is a walk in shop then dont take any appointments, just do walk ins I will never send anyone to this shop and we are going to notify the veterinarian that gave us the name of this shop about the conduct of this business owner The owner keeps saying she was present when we dropped the dog off....she was not....I was in the shop when it first opened and only a young lady was there.Sincerely, [redacted]

however fit this complaint. The lady set up the appointment with me the owner a week before explaining her desires about living far away and needing certain requirements to groom her dog. I explained to her on the phone that my business is not just grooming we were open for business as well, meaning we have walk in self- serve customers and walk in nail trims, as well as three other dogs on our schedule.I told her all  I can promise her is that we would start her dog first and go from there. We open our business at 10 am, she wasthere waiting for us, but we asked that she give us a moment to open our business. We got all grooms in the day schedule at 10 am by 10:30-10:45, it's a process. We had several walk in's as well that morning. We told her upon dropping her dog off we would start hers first and call her when we were finished. She agreed to that. She came back before we had a chance to call or finish herdog. At 12:07 The lady returned, my groomer had put her almost finished dog back in his kennel to attend to a walk in nail trim on two afraid Chihuahuas. She was standing at the counter while the groomer did this walk in and we had another walk in bather waiting in the background for a nail trim. We acknowledged her and told her we would be right with her. She then started demanding what state her dog was in and I calmly told her if she gives the groomer a second to finish with customer she was with, she could tell her that. She then demanded we remove the dog from the kennel so he could go potty. I again asked her to please wait for her groomer to be done. She stormed over and got her dog out of kennel and started asking me why her dog is not finished, I told her she was asked twice to be patient and wait for her groomer to have a chance to talk to her. She was then told by her groomer that her dog is about 10 mins. from being done, and apologetically told we had a very busy morning. The lady started complaining about this and that her dog was to be first and couldn't believe he wasn't done. She was very rude and treating my groomer very subservient. That is when I stepped in. I told her again, she has not given us a chance to finish her dog. She argued with me about how far she lives from here and I reminded her that we were going as fast as we could and that there was only 10 more mins of grooming on her dog. The dog was preclipped, bathed and about to have the finish before she walked in. The dog was also a difficult dog with the nail trim and leg shave. He tried to bite the groomer a few times, as well as being resistant to the leg hold for shaving. Which, takes us longer because we don't want to hurt the dog with our sharp tools. I told this to the owner. I also told her some dogs do better in a private grooming salon that doesn't have the traffic we have. She refused to hear me and  continued to yell at us and fight with us in regards to finishing her dog, further wasting our time.My groomer then asked her if she would allow us to finish the dog while she wait in the car, as the dog was too excited for her to groom with the owner there. The lady said try with me here, the groomer could not, the lady then told the groomer in a very harsh way, "I am done withthis, my dog should have been done by now" and grabbed her dog forcefully off of the grooming table. The lady asked us how much she owed us and I told her $54, $30 bath which includes the nail trim, bath, dry ,ear cleaning, anal glands, and feet trim. Then $6 per every 15 mins of grooming with clippers, scissors and brushing out. All of this information was not only relayed to her prior to grooming, it is also clearly written on our services menu board. She then yelled at us that we couldn't charge her for unfinished work, I then in stated yes we can because you are not letting us finish your dog. She paid, grabbed her grooming card, which is technically our property and stormed out. Not only upsetting my groomer and fighting with us in regards to ours services,, but saying mean things as she exited. I am sorry this has been brought to you. We are hard working groomers  that put up with a lot and she  was very rude, demanding and frankly very hard to reason with or talk to.
