Dogtra is not honoring their warranty, make specious excuses as to why they will not repair a fault
I own a 1902NCP two dog collar systemRecently, one of the collars stopped turning on
I assumed it was the battery, and, within the allowance of the warranty (http://www.dogtra.com/warranty-repair-info), I opened it to change the battery
I discovered that it was full of waterAfter drying it out, I inspected the unit and say that the on/off switch was rusting, and that the rubber cover had failedIf I held thew switch at the right angle, I could get the collar to turn on and off, and it was otherwise functional
So I sent the collar to dogtra for repair under the terms of the warranty
Unfortunately, Dogtra has decided to find excuses to not repair it under warranty, instead wanting to charge me more than the cost of a brand new system for the fixThey have several excuses for this, none of which have any validity under the warrantyThey first claimed that simply
