Horrible service, it started out good, however over the last few months Ive noticed the workers come and try to speed through their work which only includes cutting the grass of a not even half acre plotThe crew has caused SIGNIFICANT damage to my brand new privacy fence on multiple sides, they have also damaged my mailbox, cut my water hose in half, and broken my plastic gutter run offs
When bringing this to the service providers attention they sounded very upset and sounded like they wanted to help me
Then I received a call from Jason C***, the company ownerThis was the most unprofessional and unreasonable company owner/representative I have ever come into contact withWhen I sent him videos showing the damage caused by his crew he told me that the damage to my fence was not that big of a dealI gave him a comparison of buying a new car, and paying someone to clean it, only to find-out that person left a huge dent in your car and Jason C*** said that this is differentLets clarify, I paid for a service on my yard, your team damaged my property in places where there isnt even grass growing
I let him know its completely unacceptable for the damage to be done to my property whenIm paying for a serviceJason C*** told me that because of their equipment there is nothing they can do to avoid doing damage to my property unless I pay him for putting in a buffer to prevent this issue from happening againTHIS IS AFTER THE DAMAGE IS DONEI told him that it was unacceptable and he should expect legal action if my property was not repaired as it was beforeHE THEN SAID "GOOD DO IT" AND CALLED ME CRAZY
Im paying for a service and expect it to be done without damage to my property, apparently Dogwood Landscaping, nor Jason C*** thinks thats acceptableJason C*** even went as far to tell me that I do not know what Im talking about, and I could not last an hour on one of his trucks and that I should not care about the quality, since my mother pays for the lawn service which is an annual Christmas present from her
Long st*** short, they have caused extensive damage to my property around my house, refuse to take blame or replace it, and when I address it I am called crazy by the company owner Jason C***
