We bought a King Charles Cavalier puppy from Dogwood Trails Kennel in April When we picked up the dog, we were told the paperwork was in the envelope ready to mail for the dog's registration papers and we would receive them in the mail We have never received them I called the owners in July and left voice messages asking about papers I never received a return phone call The kennel changed its name and it took me until October to find the new identity I then called and spoke to *** *** who said she could submit paperwork on our dog if we wanted to pay the registration feeI explained how she had told us the registration fees were included when we bought the dog She said, "You sound like a crazy person." and hung up on me It is a beautiful dog and is a shame the kennel owners do not honor their agreements
