We were charged $to board our dog overnite on Saturday, July 23rdWhen we picked her up on Sunday they charged another $
We made our reservation several weeks in advance we were quoted and prepaid the $fee They knew it was for only an overnight on a Saturday When we went to get her on Sunday, when they opened at 4:PM, we were informed they was an additional $due for the half day We had no choice to be able to get her in the morning because they were not open Why didn't they quote us the entire fee of $when they took the reservation when they knew that would be the final bill? It is sort of a bait and switch!
