***The unit test-rode okay and there were no codes on displayHe needed us to deliver the unit back to him and we told him that we could but that there would be a $fee (transporting a unit to or fro is not covered under warranty)It was delivered to him on February 10th, and upon delivery *** *** presented us with a check for $25.00, an overage of $but he said to keep it.He called us on February 13th, stating that a code was flashing on his display and we told him we would come and pick up his unit and check it out, but he said he was going to ride it again to see if it came on again and we haven't heard anything further from him.As to not answering the phones when he calls, this simply is not trueA good portion of our business depends on the telephone so every employee is responsible for making sure when the phone rings it gets answeredAnd we do not have caller ID so therefore we cannot include or exclude indvidual callers.Thank you,*** ***, Service Manager
