Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11100216, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It was not necessary for them to refund me the cost of the course, as I believe in paying for the products I use.  But they refunded me anyway so I thank them for that.  Most importantly, they have made the change to the number of credit hours listed on their study material provided on their website, which is the result I really wanted.  I am happy with the change they made and do plan on continuing to use their services in the future.Sincerely, Jennifer [redacted]
