NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! The *** location RUINED my daughters very expensive *** and refused to do anything about it, even after their own employee verified the conditionI was told they would replace them by the manager and the owner refused to do ANYTHING to make it right!!! Not to mention I have had pants cleaned there that have come back looking like they've just been pressed not washedLast week I went in with a friend of mine who had a coat washed there and all of the spots that she pointed out when she dropped it off we're still on the jacket, including a strand of her daughters hair! Terrible terrible customer service from the owner! Very rude and condescendingShe felt she was doing me a favor by not charging me for the ABSOLUTELY awful cleaning job! Really??? From the sounds of the comments on my *** post...it has happened to MANY!! BEWARE
