To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to a complaint that we received from a customer of ours through the B.B.BThe complaint in question took place at Seasons Nursery Inc located at *** *** *** ** in Gaithersburg MD on January 21, 2016.The customer did in fact purchase
firewood from us and we loaded it into her vehicleAt the time the employee asked the customer if wood could be loaded into the back seat of the car as the trunk was becoming rather fullThe customer said “No, It will fit"Once he finished loading the remainder of firewood into the back of the vehicle the hatch wouldn't shut properly and, apparently, a small scratch on the hatch was noticed by the customerThe customer said she wanted to call her husband and then abruptly left the premises.Concerning the gentlerman that ioaded the wood arid her clairm of him “Having limited understanding of English”, the employee in question is in fact fluent in both English and SpanishHe is of ** *** decent, yet lived in the United States all of his lifeFurthermore he claims English to be his primary language.Seasons Nursery inc., in good faith, would like to remedy the situation and take care of said damage to the inside of the hatchWe ask that she obtains three (3) estimates and forward them to the B.B.,B so that you may then forward them then to us,Thank you,Seasons Nursery Inc
