Review: I was married in June 22,2012. I paid for the service of Dolbow which [redacted] advised me that it will take anywhere from 16-20 weeks to receive my video. I have been calling for the last couple of months and the owner [redacted] keeps telling me it is in the process of being prepared. I still do not have my video. [redacted] said that his server was down due to the hurricane in October and he is short a person. [redacted] claimed he hired a person then had to let him go because he did not like his work. [redacted] advise me the video will be done shortly and everytime he gives me a date, when I call back the date changes.Desired Settlement: I want to receive want I paid back from this company. Which was $948.70

Review: Dolbow Video has not completed the video from my wedding, which took place nearly two years ago.Desired Settlement: All audio and video footage from my wedding plus a full refund.

Review: We hired Mike D[redacted] to video our Wedding on 10/4/2013. He showed up to video the day for us. Told us it would take 16 weeks to get the video. We followed up via email and phone calls to him and never had received any kind of response back. Within the past month none of his phone numbers work nor is his business there. It is going on 10 months with no response and at this point we just want our raw footage. We had set up a monthly plan to pay him and everything was paid.Desired Settlement: a phone call

Review: We hired [redacted] Dolbow to film our wedding on June 15, 2013. We were told we would receive our video around September. Beginning in Oct., I began calling and emailing to check the status. I was repeatedly told it would be taken care of and then in Jan. was told it was sent. After never receiving our video, I asked for tracking information, which was finally provided. When I received the video it had my name spelled wrong and the wrong wedding date listed on the cover, the DVD, and in the video. After paying in full prior to services, I was so upset to learn this. I asked for a replaced copy with the correct information and was told it would be sent out that day. 5 weeks later I have still received nothing and after multiple calls and emails, he has begun to blatantly ignore me.Desired Settlement: Either send me a copy with the correct information or refund the full price.

Review: I have an "Agreement To Engage Contract" with dvp (Dolbow Video Productions, Inc) to video record my wedding and provide me with a copy of the completed video of my wedding. I paid $1372.70 in 2 installment payments and I paid for 7 hours of coverage which includes the time frame of my wedding dated 11/24/13. I do not have my video as of 3/31/14. I paid a man named [redacted] in person. I spoke with him several times and he told me twice that he mailed the video then he told me that he would deliver the video to my home address on 3/29/14 and he has not done this as of this date 3/31/14.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the video of my Wedding day 11/24/13.

Review: We still haven't received our wedding video from this company. They haven't answered any of our phone calls and we have tried contacting them over 100 times. We paid in full even before our wedding took place and everything seemed fine at the wedding. Everything went smooth. Suddenly when 4-5 months pasted we were concerned as to why we haven't received our wedding video.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order or a refund

Review: My wedding vendor ([redacted]) on [redacted] in [redacted] said they had a contract with Dolbow Video Productions and if I wanted uplighting and a photobooth I could not use an outside vendor. I met with Dolbow Video Productions on 11/21/2013 and signed a contract for uplighting, monogram, and photobooth services for my 1/24/2015 wedding. I paid $695.00 and I have the contract and receipt. I recently emailed Dolbow again on 11/22/2014 and 11/24/2014 to negotiate a price for adding D.J. services and recieved no response so I tried the phone number I had and it was disconnected. I contacted my vendor who informed me that the company disappeared and a police investigator and the media were involved and they themselves ([redacted]) took no responsibility.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $695.00 preferably before my wedding so I can afford to book another vendor.

Review: I booked Michael D[redacted] to do the video at my wedding next year. I paid in full, $800 and signed a contract with him. Since then, his company suffered "financial difficulties" and he has been impossible to contact. His website is shut down, he moved from the company location where he was when I signed the contract, His phone number was disconnected. His email address was shut down. Upon extreme investigation I was able to acquire a working phone number for him. I got in contact with him once, and since then he has stopped answering all emails and his new phone is Out Of Service again.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!! I have no way of contacting him. He is unresponsive about whether or not he will show up at my wedding, unresponsive as to whether his company is still even in business. I can't wait until the day of my wedding to find out he won't be there. I want a refund of the $800 I paid him so I can persue a new Videographer.

Review: I booked with Dolbow Video Productions for my upcoming wedding and paid in full on 1/30/2014. I tried to reach out to him via email, phone and both were not in service. I was then told that he packed up and left his office a few months back.
